EP Fitness and Wellbeing Hub is dedicated to supporting our community, youth,
adults, and whānau, through a wide range of exercise and wellness programs.
As a qualified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Respiratory Physiologist, I integrate
my clinical expertise into assessments and group exercise sessions. Whether you
are new to regular physical activity or already experienced, our programs are
designed to help you improve your health, build resilience, and achieve your
physical and wellbeing goals.
We offer a variety of engaging group classes tailored to different ages and abilities. All classes
are available to members, with the exception of our Youth Box-Fit program, which is reserved
specifically for Tamariki and rangatahi.

Box-Fit
Box-Fit is a high-energy, boxing-inspired workout designed for all fitness levels. Using punches, footwork, and conditioning drills, this class improves strength, coordination, and cardiovascular fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you’re new to boxing or experienced, you’ll leave each session feeling empowered, energised, and more confident.
HIIT
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is designed to push your fitness, strength, and fat-burning to the next
level. Each session combines bursts of high-intensity exercise with short recovery periods, delivering maximum
results in minimum time. Our standard class runs for 45 minutes
Body Pump
This low-impact, weights-based workout targets every major muscle group for a full-body training
experience. Designed to strengthen, tone, and condition your body, it also burns calories efficiently helping you
achieve noticeable results in less time.
Combat
Combat is a high-energy, martial arts–inspired workout that blends boxing, kickboxing, and cardio moves into
one powerful session. Designed to build strength, agility, and endurance, this class will challenge your whole
body while burning serious calories. Expect to punch, kick, and move to the beat in an empowering, fast-paced
environment.
Warrior
Warrior is a full-body workout suitable for all fitness levels. Combining strength, endurance, and functional
movements, this class challenges both body and mind while allowing you to progress at your own pace. Build
resilience, power, and stamina in a supportive environment, leaving each session feeling stronger, more
confident, and empowered.
Functional Force
Functional Force is all about building real-world strength and performance. This class focuses on functional
movements that improve balance, coordination, mobility, and power, helping you move better in everyday life
and in sport. Expect a mix of strength training, core work, and dynamic exercises that challenge your whole
body and leave you feeling stronger, fitter, and more capable.
Titan
Titan is a strength and conditioning class designed for all fitness levels. Using adaptable resistance exercises
and functional movements, participants can build muscle, endurance, and resilience at their own pace. Whether
you’re new to training or experienced, this class will challenge you safely while helping you feel stronger, more
confident, and empowered.
